My future home should have large paths to the front door, and, especially at night, it must be very brightly lit  to make clear how big it is.

The House of my dreams would be a big house with a nice well kept garden, a pool, a large hall.

La casa de mis sueños seria una casa grande con un jardín bonito, bien cuidado, con piscina, una entrada grande.

I would like to live in a big house, but with my family because if it is too large to be alone I would not give much use of it, however with more people living in it I would enjoy it more.
With a spacious living room with wooden floors, a cinema with a carpeted floor to lie down and watch the movie or series but also with some poufs; two guest bedrooms and two others if they have children. In the room for couples, we would put a king bed and an adjoining bathroom, and the children room will be  decorated as a children's room and a teenager's room.
My room would be similar to the guest rooms, but bigger and with a large dressing room for my husband and me, and an adjoining bathroom.  The kitchen with wooden cabinets and views to the garden.

Me gustaría poder vivir en una casa grande, pero con mi familia porque si es muy grande al ser para mi sola no le daría casi uso, en cambio con más gente viviendo en ella sí.
Con una amplio salón con suelo de madera, una sala de cine con el suelo de alfombra para poder tumbarse en el suelo y ver la película o una serie aunque también con unos pufs, con dos habitaciones para invitados y otras dos por si tienen hijos. En la habitación para los matrimonios, le pondría una cama de matrimonio grande con una baño incluido, y la de los niños la decoraría una infantil y otra habitación de adolescente.
Mi habitación seria parecida a la de invitados, pero más grande y con un amplio vestidor para mi marido y para mí con baño incorporado. Una cocina con vistas al exterior, de madera.

My Dream Houses: in the Mountain, in the Woods, at the Beach

There are two types of home I would like to live in: in the mountains or in the woods (autumn and winter) and in a beach house (summer) .

House in the mountains or in the woods:
For my winter holidays because it is peaceful and serene, there is no traffic, the views are amazing and there is more snow than in the city .
The mountain or forest air is purer and it is essential to relax.

Hay dos tipos de casa en las que me gustaría vivir: En la montaña o bosque(en otoño e invierno) y casa en la playa(de verano).

Casa en la montaña o bosque:
Para vacaciones de invierno me encanta, porque es más tranquilo y sereno, no hay mucho tráfico de coche, las vistas son increíbles y hay más nieve que en la ciudad.
El aire de la montaña o de bosque es más puro y para relajarse viene muy bien.

Although it is very relaxing to live in the mountains and I like it, what I like most is that it is made of wood, the typical houses that look like a cabin but larger. They have a garage, the house is large with two or three storeys and a terrace.

Aparte de que es muy relajante vivir en la montaña y me gusta, lo que más me agrada es que sea de madera, las típicas casas que parecen una cabaña pero más grandes. Que tengan un garaje, que la casa sea ancha y de tres o dos pisos, con terraza.

Light is important, so many windows will provide a good luminosity and not only that, it also gives a modern and neat touch, especially pleasing to the eye, with a fireplace and an antique chandelier.

Que esté iluminado es importante, gracias a tantas ventanas se consigue y no solo eso, también le da un punto más moderno y limpio, sobre todo agradable a la vista, con una chimenea y una araña antigua.

Apart the fact that I love Twilight movie, I would like my house in the woods to be like this house.

I really like its rectangular wooden shape, with so many windows, and its top is wider than its bottom, and it is 3-story high.

A parte de que soy amante de la película de Crepúsculo, me gustaría que mi casa fuera como ésta.

Me gusta mucho que tenga esa forma rectangular que sea de madera, tiene muchas ventanas, en la parte de arriba es más ancha que la de abajo, que tenga 3 pisos.

For my summer holidays, a house with palm trees on the beach is what I like, large, modern with a pool.

Para las vacaciones de verano una casa con palmeras o en la playa es lo que más me gustaría, grandes modernas con piscina.
La casa de la cantante famosa Beyoncé, con ventanas y entradas con forma de arco (estilo marroquí) sería un ejemplo.

The basilisk: (Jesus Christ lizard, class: reptilia)
This species of South American lizard lives in Ecuador and Colombia, run on water surface to escape predators or threats, thanks to its dermal lobes on its hind legs,  a kind of folds that increase the surface of the feet pads on the water.

El basilisco:  (lagarto de Jesucristo, Clase : Sauropsida), esta especie de lagarto sudamericano que vive en Ecuador y Colombia, corre sobre la superficie del agua para poder escaparse de los depredadores o las amenazas, gracias a que las patas traseras tienen una especie de pliegues que se llaman lóbulos dérmicos que aumentan la superficie de las plantas de las patas sobre el agua.

The tarsius (Class:Mammalia)
It's kind of small primate that lives in Asia. Its peculiarity is that their eyes are so large that they can capture the minimum of light at night to see in the dark;  humans, to have the same capacity, should have eyes the size of watermelons.

El tarsero (Clase: Mammalia): Es una especie de primate pequeño que vive en Asia. La peculiaridad de estos animales es que sus ojos son tan grandes que pueden capturar la mínima luz que pueden utilizar en la noche para poder ver en la oscuridad; los seres humanos, para poder tener la misma capacidad de visión, el tamaño de los ojos tendría que ser similar al de unas sandias.

The mantis shrimp (stomatopod -  Phylum: Arthropod)
This kind of lobster is one of the more than 400 species of sea mantis known. One  characteristic of this animal is that its vision is overdeveloped. It is known by divers as the "thumbs splitter" because it is one of the fastest and strongest creatures in the animal kingdom.
By the shape of their claws we can distinguish two groups:
- spearers: They are armed with spiny appendages tipped with spikes with which they stab and grab their prey.
- smashers: They are armed with club-shaped appendages and a rudimentary spear. Its appendages are used to strike and crush its prey. The inner part of the dactyl (the terminal portion) can have a sharp edge that can cut the prey while swimming.

La langosta mantis (stomatopoda - Filo: Atropodo)
Esta especie de langosta es una de las más de 400 especies de mantis marinas conocidas. Una característica de este ser es su visión muy desarrollada. Es conocida por los buceadores como la "rajadora de pulgares", gracias  a que es una de las criaturas mas rápidas y fuertes del reino animal.
Por la forma de de sus tenazas se pueden distinguir dos grupos:
- perforadoras: están armadas con apéndices espinosos con puntas de púas con los cuales apuñalan y enganchan a sus presas.
- trituradoras: están armadas con apéndices en forma de garrote y una púa rudimentaria. Sus apéndices los utiliza para golpear y triturar a sus presas. La parte del interna del dáctilo (la porción terminal) puede poseer un borde afilado, con el que puede cortar a las  presas mientras nada.

The pistol crab (Phylum: Arthropod)
This being is capable of carrying out sonic attacks. It uses this ability to stun its prey. Although it only measures three centimeters long, one of his claws has a huge size, which enables it to launch a closing snap sound of 218 decibels. The closing of this claw lasts a millisecond. Its claw is able to regenerate if lost. It uses a bubble created during the snap as a projectile that can kill small fish. Some live in symbiosis with a fish as protection.

El cangrejo pistola (Filo: Artrópodo). Este ser es capaz de llevar a cabo ataques sónicos. Utiliza esta capacidad para aturdir a sus presas. Aunque sólo mide tres centímetros, uno de sus pinzas tiene un tamaño descomunal, con la que es capaz de lanzar un chasquido de 218 decibelios. El cierre de su pinza dura  dura un milisegundo. My Dream Trip: SYDNEY

Sydney is the largest and most populous city in Australia. In the city stands Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge and its beaches. The metropolitan area is surrounded by national parks with bays and rivers.
Sidney would be one of the cities I would like to go to on vacation and do a tourist route but in particular I would like to go to "Darling Harbour" which is a port in Sydney. Today it is a popular tourist site, with restaurants, bars, shops and parks. There are also concerts and other public events.  Other interesting sites include the Chinese Garden, the National Maritime Museum and Sydney Aquarium.

Sídney es la ciudad más grande y poblada de Australia. En la ciudad destaca la Ópera de Sídney, el puente del puerto de Sídney y sus playas. El área metropolitana está rodeada de parques nacionales que contienen bahías y ríos.
Sídney seria entre otras una de mis ciudades a las que me gustaría ir algún día de vacaciones y hacer una ruta turística pero en concreto me gustaría ir al "Puerto de Darling" que es un puerto de la ciudad. Hoy en día es un sitio turístico popular, con restaurantes, bares, tiendas y parques. También hay conciertos y otros eventos públicos. Otros sitios interesantes incluyen el jardín chino, el Museo Marítimo Nacional y el Acuario de Sídney.

The trip of my dreams would be to travel to New York, and visit the museum of 11-S, the museum is located where the twin towers were previously, the Statue of Liberty, Manhattan Island, the Brooklyn Bridge, Central Park, the Empire State Building, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, One World Trade Center, the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art and many more.

El viaje de mis sueños, seria poder viajar a New York, y poder visitar el museo del 11-S, el museo está ubicado donde anteriormente estaban las torres gemelas, la estatua de la libertad, la isla de Manhattan, el puente de Brooklyn, Central Park, el Empire State, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, One World Trade center, el Museo Metropolitano de Arte Moderno y muchos lugares más.

I would like to travel there because I think a fascinating city with its lights and tall buildings, see the shows in the street, their lifestyle there, different from ours, the city is also nice, I would love to go at Christmas, it is the perfect place to celebrate a nice family Christmas and celebrate New Year's Eve in Times Square.

Me gustaría poder viajar allí por que me parece una ciudad  curiosa con sus luces y sus edificios altos, poder ver sus shows en la calle, su estilo de vida allí, diferente a la nuestra,  también es bonita, me encantaría poder ir en navidad, es el sitio perfecto para celebrar una bonita navidad en familia y celebrar en el Times Square el fin de año.

My Dream Trip: JAPAN

My fantasy trip would be travelling to Japan, the country of the rising sun, visiting this lovely country in  forthcoming future.  I would visit its capital Tokyo. I would like to know Japanese culture.

I would like to visit Meji sanctuary in Shibuya. I would like to go to the monkey´s  park JIGOKUDANI in the National Park  JHOSHINETSU-KOGEN, in this park there are some onsen in which the monkeys have baths  to fight cold. I would visit the KOTOKU-IN Buddhist temple in which the Daibutsu (the Great Buddha) is,  that is  a huge bronze statue of the Buda Amida. This is one of the most popular Japanese  monument. It is 13.35 meters high and it weighs 93 tons. I would also go to the commercial district called Shibuya, where you can find  Hachiko´s statue, that is a dog of the  Akita-Inu race that showed great loyalty to his master,  professor Eisabura Ueno even till several years after his death. The statue was erected in April 1935, Hachiko himself was present in the inauguration , I also like to visit the Tokyo Tower to see this building higher than even  the Eiffel tower. I would like to go in Spring to see Sakura ( cherry blossom ), a very beautiful spectacle of nature since the Japanese take good care of their heritage.

Mi viaje de ensueño seria ir a Japón, el país del sol naciente, visitar  este hermoso país seria una experiencia que me gustaría  realiza en un futuro próximo. Visitaría Tokio su capital. Viajaría para poder conocer la cultura nipona. Iría al Santuario Mejí en Shibuya. Me gustaría ir al parque de los monos JIGOKUDANI en el parque nacional JHOSHINETSU-KOGEN, en este parque hay unos onsen en los cuales los monos de  los alrededores se van a bañar para poder combatir el frio. Iría a el KOTOKU-IN un templo Budista en el cual está el DAIBUTSU (el gran Buda), es una gran estatua de bronce del Buda Amida, este es uno de los monumentos más conocidos de Japón, mide 13,35 m de altura y pesa 93 toneladas. Iría al barrio comercial de Japón SHIBUYA, en el cual estala estatua de  Hachiko, quien fue un perro de la raza Akita Inu el cual  demostró una gran lealtad a su amo, el profesor Eisaburo Ueno, incluso hasta varios años de su muerte, la estatua fue erigida en le abril de 1935, incluso el propio Hachiko estuvo presente en la inauguración, también me gustaría visitar la torre de Tokio para poder conocer esta edificación que incluso más alta que la torre Eiffel. me gustaría en primavera par ver los Sakura (cerezos en flor) es un espectáculo de la naturaleza muy hermoso dado que los japoneses cuidan mucho de su patrimonio.

My Dream Trip: MEXICO

The trip of my dreams would be to Mexico and there are places that fascinate me and food seems exquisite to me as I love chili peppers  ( passion for spicy food). Even suffering from pain, as I love spicy food, although I don't think I could stand raw  chili peppers, no one could unless you have Mexican blood.

El viaje de mis sueños sería a México ya que hay lugares que me apasionan y la comida me parece exquisita ya que me encanta el chile (pasión por el picante). Aunque sufra del dolor, el gusto del picante me encanta, eso sí, no resistiría al chile puro, nadie a no ser que tengas sangre mexicana resistirían.Where it is and its population : Mexico is located in North America, its official name is United Mexican States. Besides the beautiful landscapes that Mexico, food is one of the interests for which I would like to visit this country.

Mexico is famous for its gastronomy. But beyond tacos and guacamole, which are internationally renowned , there are rich and varied culinary throughout the country traditions. The flavors , aromas and textures of traditional Mexican cuisine are a pleasant surprise for the senses, especially exotic products such as maguey worms, ants and fried grasshoppers. The unique fusion of flavors in dishes such as traditional Mexican mole sauces and is a delight for the most discerning palates .

Además de los bonitos paisajes que tiene México, la comida es uno de los intereses por los cuales me gustaría visitar este país.

México es muy famoso por su gastronomía. Pero más allá de los tacos y el guacamole, que gozan de renombre internacional, hay ricas y variadas tradiciones culinarias a lo largo de todo el país. Los sabores, aromas y texturas de la cocina tradicional mexicana son una grata sorpresa para los sentidos, especialmente los productos exóticos como los gusanos de maguey, hormigas y chapulines fritos. La inigualable fusión de sabores en platillos como el mole y las tradicionales salsas mexicanas es un deleite para los paladares más exigentes.

It was founded in 2009 by Dr. Jaime Gonzalez Cano , Director of West Coast National Park Isla Mujeres, Punta Cancun and Punta Nizuc; Roberto Diaz Abraham, former president of Associated Marine Cancun (ANC ); and British artist Jason deCaires Taylor, whose work encompasses virtually the entire museum, with almost five hundred life-size figurative sculptures. The museum was officially opened in November 2010 and today is one of the largest and most ambitious underwater attractions in the world. With an average of 200,000 visitors each year, it has contributed with more than $ 36 million annually to the tourism resort of Cancun.

Museo Subacuático de Arte o MUSA es un museo ubicado bajo el mar del Caribe mexicano, en las aguas que rodean Cancún, Isla Mujeres y Punta Nizuc. Fue fundado en 2009 por el Dr. Jaime González Cano, Director del Parque Nacional Costa Occidental de Isla Mujeres, Punta Cancún y Punta Nizuc; Roberto Díaz Abraham, ex-presidente de Asociados Náuticos de Cancún (ANC); y el artista británico Jason deCaires Taylor, cuya obra abarca prácticamente la totalidad del museo, con casi medio millar de esculturas figurativas de escala natural. Petrified Waterfalls / Cascada petrificada

Located in the Valley of Mitla, Mexico. It is a stony slope that remains stationary in the middle of lush green that surrounds it. Most locals refer to this frozen as "the water boils" waterfall. It is made up of sodium carbonate and magnesium sulfur veins that have left this as a spring which stopped forever its run at the edge of the hill. At the petrified waterfall you can also enjoy the natural pools at the top of the mountain, from which emanates the spring, a real bath on the edge of a steep cliff.

Se encuentra en el Valle de Mitla, México. Es una vertiente pétrea que se mantiene inmóvil en medio del verde exuberante que la circunda. La mayoría de los lugareños se refieren a esta catarata congelada como “Hierve el Agua”. La misma está formada por carbonato de sodio y magnesio con vetas de azufre que han dejado a esta formación como un manantial que detuvo para siempre su marcha al borde de la colina.  El plus de la catarata petrificada es que también se puede disfrutar de las piscinas naturales en lo alto de la montaña, desde donde emana el manantial, un verdadero baño al borde de un precipicio de vértigo.

This beach is one of the attractions for the hundreds of visitors who arrive at the Marietas Islands every week. They are small uninhabited and protected islands off the coast of Punta Mita, Nayarit, which is reached only with authorized tours. Getting there is a little adventure ( authorized tours leave from Punta de Mita, in west-central Mexico, the Pacific coast area.) because  to reach the beach you have to swim though a trunnel through a tunnel .

Ésta playa es uno de los atractivos por la que cientos de visitantes llegan cada semana a las Islas Marietas. Son pequeñas islas deshabitadas y protegidas frente a la costa de Punta Mita, en Nayarit, a las que se llega sólo con tours autorizados. Llegar es una pequeña aventura (los tours autorizados salen desde Punta de Mita, en la zona centro oeste de México, costa del Pacífico.), ya que para pisar la playa hay que nadar y atravesar un túnel.
